Customer affirms they are the legal owner or authorized operator of the vehicle listed above.
The Company agrees to provide automotive locksmith services, which may include: - Push-to-start key fob programming - Programming additional spare keys - All-keys-lost programming (when accepted) - Emergency or mobile locksmith services
The Company reserves the right to decline service at any time due to vehicle risk level, security system limitations, invalid VIN, ownership concerns, or safety issues.
Customer agrees to provide valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership or authorization (registration, title, insurance card, or dealer documentation).
Failure to provide adequate proof authorizes the Company to refuse service.
· Pricing is based on vehicle make, model, year, key situation, and risk level.
· Quotes are estimates until vehicle verification is complete.
· Payment is due in full immediately upon completion or attempted service.

Customer understands and agrees:
· Once key programming, diagnostics, or security access is attempted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
· No refunds will be issued for labor, service calls, diagnostics, programming attempts, or emergency services.
· Aftermarket, used, incorrect, or incompatible key fobs may fail and are not guaranteed.
Customer accepts all risks associated with electronic key programming.
· The Company is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle issues, including electrical problems, immobilizer faults, control module failures, weak batteries, or aftermarket alarm systems.
· The Company is not liable for dealer resets, module replacements, or towing required after service.
· Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.
Customer acknowledges that certain vehicles (including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other advanced security systems) carry higher risk.
The Company may: - Decline service - Limit services to add-a-key only - Refer the customer to a dealership
No guarantees are made for high-risk vehicles.
Customer agrees to: - Ensure vehicle battery is sufficiently charged - Remove personal items from work area - Disclose any prior programming attempts or vehicle issues
Failure to disclose material information voids any guarantees.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from false ownership claims, undisclosed vehicle conditions, or third-party disputes.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
